 Vance Arkinstall, CEO of the Investment Savings and Insurance Association (ISI), has announced his resignation with effect on 31 July 2010.

 “Whilst I am disappointed to be leaving ISI after 10 years as CEO the recent announcement that I am to face charges resulting from my role as an Independent Director of Dominion Finance means that it would not be appropriate that I continue as CEO of ISI, therefore resignation is the proper course”.

 “ISI has established itself in a position of leadership with a strong reputation within the financial services industry.  I am proud to have been part of that success and would not wish to allow my personal situation to damage that position.
